Has anyone else had problems with looking at the scale when they go to the doctor??

This was my first year off from playing college softball and i let my self go a little bit. I stopped working out cause I felt like taking a break cause college ball was no joke. I gained about 25 pounds within that year. My pre-pregancy weight was 188 and now I'm at 205 at 27 weeks 5 days and having the hardest time with it. Never in my life have I thought I'd weight that much and it's really tough watching my body change so drastically with stretch marks on my legs and all. I try to do my best with eating well and walking but it's hard cause I still throw up, A LOT so sometimes it's hard to get out. My boyfriend always tries his best to make me feel confident and beautiful but still there's somedays I just want to break down. I've always struggled with my weight and have always been on the thicker side but I was always fit so the number didn't really bother me cause i had muscle but now it's hard.

Any tips on how to help not focus on the negative?
