I have a splitting migraine help!!

I get chronic migraines especially when I'm pregnant has anybody else had this I really need help on what to do they gave me Demerol in the emergency room because I was hypertensive the last time I was pregnant but I'm having the same issue now Tylenol doesn't seem to be working they gave me Vicodin to take her medicine that didn't work either I just don't know what to do I tried caffeine it's not helping this time anybody have any advice
