I think im in love with my work colleague

Ive been with my current partner for three years and have one child together. Our relationship aint the greatest tbh.

Recently ive been thinking about my work colleague. I cant get him out of my head. We both have partners however, we seem to just connect.

I dont want to be feeling like this as i love my partner. Nothing will ever happen between me and my colleague but i just want to shift this feeling. I feel like ive cheated for even thinking about another man...
