Signs? Any experience??

So I'm either 7-8dpo, I got my smiley face last Thursday. I had minor cramps for the first few days which I put down to ovulation. But I've come down with a sniffly nose and sore throat, I'm only saying this because I've seen a few ladies mention that this can be a sign.
