FTM panicking!!! Help!!!!!

This is going to sound stupid but today while I was sick in the bathroom my nipples felt very wet and they were leaking!!!! I'm 27 weeks an kinda freaking out. What do I do? What type of bra do I wear? How do I prevent that leakage into my bra and if you were me would you change your diet? I want to breast feed but I'm just so shocked to wake up an see wet nipples 😨 Helppppp!!!!
