Don't judge. I've never gotten a tattoo, I just recently turned 18. I've been planning a tattoo for years that I'm going to get, but there's also other tattoos I see that I want. i.e. this specific design for my leg.. So my question is do a lot of artists tattoo them how the pic looks if that's what you want or do they ALWAYS change it up??
