Ebay??????

Question

Okay, well me and my SO is moving to North Carolina the beggining of next month like real early like the 10th or 11th. I am the only one working right now and only thing I have saved up right this second is 150$. His paw paw isnt gonna make us pay light or rent until we get on our feet. I work at Cracker Barrel. Is is safe to buy stuff for my new house on Ebay....because we dont have anything right now? Please help...

It's usually fine. I check it's a USA or uk address tho. That's just me. Garage sales and mom to mom sales are likely cheaper tho

I love ebay!!!! I bought everything for my wedding from ebay. The dress was custom made and it wasn't the one I ordered. I called customer service and they refunded my money and let me keep the dress. I have bought over 350 items on ebay and never had a problem except the dress. The prices for some things are great.

eBay can be really safe. Just look at if the seller has good reviews and use PayPal to pay for things. If you don't get what you paid for, contact PayPal, and they will refund you your money pretty quickly and go after the people who scammed you. My husband and I get stuff on eBay all the time. Look for good reviews and protect your money and most of the time you get a great deal.

I'd avoid eBay just because you never actually know what you're gonna get, it's a risk but when my boyfriend and I moved into our first place and barely had anything goodwill / thrift stores and Facebook garage sale sites saved us and we didn't end up paying a whole lot.
