Correct about how many weeks?

Has anyone thought they were so far along and then found out they were less or more than what they thought they were?

I thought i was 7 weeks 6 days on the 12th, but i was hospitalized and found it is 6 weeks 6 days.

My sister took a pregnancy test and it estimated that she was 2-3 weeks. Her first doctor appointment a week later confirmed 4 weeks. However, at her first ultrasound at supposedly 9 weeks her sac only measured at 6. It turns out she wasn't 9 weeks at all, she was in fact 6 weeks and 3 days. She had to wait again until 8 weeks for a heartbeat to be heard and that's when they were wrong again. Instead of being due at the end of January, she's due in the middle of February. Every pregnancy is different and early on it can be really hard to tell how far for sure.

According to my ovulation date I was supposed to be 10 weeks but my ultrasound said I was only 6 weeks and 4 days... stressing me out because I don't know hoe that is possible!!

Yes! First I was November 15th then they told me November 22nd, Not off by many but I felt so cheated having to cut back on my "weeks" lol 🙄

According to my last menstrual date i should of been 8 weeks 6 days but since i ovulate later aka longer period cycles the sonogram measured i was 8 weeks 1 day.

I am so confused at how far along I am. I got off birth control around 5 or six months ago. Since then I have had my periods all over the place. One cycle was 42 days long. And then about mid 30's and then when I got married my period came a few days early and then the next period was a week early..making my cycle 28 days. I am so lost at what my cycle is even!! I am nervous to go to the doctor in three weeks and hear that I am two weeks behind what I thought I was..
