Bleeding at 5 weeks

I'm 5.1 weeks pregnant and this morning after going to the toilet, I wiped and noticed light pink blood. 7 hours later and it's still there, it's not getting any heavier. I'm not experiencing back cramps or bad stomach cramps but I'm just scared because in March I miscarried at 5.2 weeks. Is it normal spotting if I'm still bleeding light pink and brown blood? Has anyone experienced this and still carried on to have a healthy pregnancy?
