Any other babies hitting a 4 month growth spurt?

The last two days baby slept most of the day, slept most of the night but ate 12oz overnight instead of his typical 4 oz, and today he fell asleep at 6:30p (typical bedtime is 9-:30) and he's slept sound since then and I even changed his diaper and put in his pjs and he never woke up. He has no fever and is his typical happy self when awake, just seems very tired the last few days.

This is probably his first noticable growth spurt I believe.... anyone else going through this around 4 months (my lo is 18w)?
