Squats during pregnancy...
Anyone else start working out again during 2nd trimester? I was so sick the 1st trimester I did nothing. Now I've been doing squats through out the day. And dumbbells to tone arms. Doctors say it's good for you but the burning in my legs from working out does still worry me alittle. I know it's the legs and shouldn't affect the belly at all but moms always worry I guess lol.. anyone think this way??? Should I keep squatting away lol
