Pregnant??

I know it may just be my paranoia kicking in, but I am experiencing unusually milky discharge and recently bleeding gums. Haha rest assured I keep well on my hygiene. However, I looked the symptoms up and it said the cause is possible early pregnancy stages. I need to stop diagnosing myself because I hope that's not what it is as much as I love kids.
