When to call about blood pressure?

I know 120/80 is normal, but what is dangerous when you're pregnant? I developed preeclampsia with my first and he was born 2 1/2 weeks early, so I have a history of it, but what do you think is a number to be heading to the hospital? What have your doctors told you if you're in a similar situation?

My doctor told me to call them if my BP was consistently 140/90. I was just diagnosed  with preeclampsia for the second time. I had it wait my first pregnancy and delivered at 36weeks. I have it again with this pregnancy. They are scheduling induction for 37 weeks and hoping I make it that far.

I have to go to the specialist a lot with this baby.  My blood pressure will shot up for no reason.   I was on blood pressure meds before I got pregnant but they took me off.  She said as long as it does not go over 150/105 I am ok.  I think that is was to high like stroke level.  And the headache are horrible.  Luckily it has not got that high and stays pretty normal so far.
