Best kegels to get for pregnancy?

Four weeks pregnant and super surprised that kegels should be used.  Lol, never heard of that.  Any recommendations of the best type of kegels to get?   I use Amazon Prime all the time, so I'd like to purchase ASAP!

A kegel isn't something you buy - it's just an exercise where you contract your pelvic floor muscles.  There are aids you can buy to help target the correct muscles,  but I've never needed anything like that and I'm not sure they're intended to be used during pregnancy. Definitely speak to your doctor and get clarification before buying and using anything.

The exercise is just when you squeeze tight down there like you're holding in pee, and let go. You do that over and over basically. You don't need to purchase anything.
you'd have to look it up for it to be more clear cause I forget how they explained it lol :)
