Postpartum healing
Has anyone that had a vaginal delivery had to get cut & have stitches & used dermoplast numbing spray? Also I'm using witch hazel pads, & a squirt bottle. I have an odd smell down there now like blood almost like raw meat or something. I feel like it's the dermoplast? But I have no idea has anyone else experienced this?
Also I was given a sitz bath but I haven't used it yet I'm not sure how to ? Any advice ?
