Has anyone been in a long distance marriage trying to conceive??

I have been in a long distance relationship for 9 years and I have been married for 2 years my husband lives in another country I go on and off every 4 to 5months I stay with him 2 months to 3 months I don't know if it makes sense to you lol but we have been trying to conceive for sometime has anyone been in a long distance relationship or marriage how did you guys conceive and did you guys ever take any special treatment pills or anything please help 🙁
