Scared...only 4w 4d

Anyone have a scare like this and be ok?

My urine first thing this morning was super watery and then I got these...I'm only 4w 4d. So scared. I did get a positive digital earlier this week saying 1-2 pregnant but now this. I go in Monday for more HCG and progesterone testing but I need some reassurance if possible. I know diluted urine can mess with tests but I'm so scared of mc again.
