Ovaries aches someone?

For a considerably time I have been experienced a soft pain in my left ovary (I. Think is my ovary it's really close to mi hip bone) I feel my ovary hard, soft and bloating i can't feel the other one, and sometimes hurt, its not a constant pain and not very severe, I went to the doctor and they made me a full scan but they said that its all normal, so someone else had experienced this? I feel scared sometimes.
