Everything about this pregnancy is different from my first and I just have this feeling that I'm have twins. I feel sick ALL THE TIME and my heartburn is in full force, even with medication. I feel heavier and I've noticed I'm gaining weight faster this time. To top it off I am always hungry. And even with my daughter I didn't have a huge appetite. It just seems like my symptoms are farther along than I am and it's making me wonder. Haven't had any appointments since my confirmation appointment and my next appointment is for medical history not to check the baby so I have no clue when I'm going to find out. Anyone else going through this? I'd love to get some advise.
