UTI relief???

Question

I think I have the start of a UTI... Constant need to pee, but feel like my bladder isn't emptying fully. And I have a constant pain down there... Any meds I can take over the counter for relief until my doc appt Monday? All clinics in my area are super expensive over the weekends so want to avoid going in unless I absolutely have to.

I take the azo cranberry pills for temporary relief until I get antibiotics.

Take azo it's a pure cranberry pill or gummy it works wonders and drink plenty of cranberry and water and for pain take ibuprofen or Tylenol and use a hot water bottle on the area where you usually have pms cramps I have a unbalanced ph level and I get utis constantly  and this ritual is what gets rid of them one or two days sometimes over night

The cranberry is for prevention not for the cure. Drink it but u need antibiotics

I have the Same symptoms as you 😭 waiting for the hospital to send me my letter saying what I have so I can collect my antibiotics 🙄 so painful and worrying.

Just make sure to constantly drink water. It'll help ease the symptoms until you get the antibiotics from your doctor.

Never once not had a uti. Kidney damage from reflux as a child. Never had any symptoms though.
