Help 😢😰

I had unprotected sex on Sunday ... Two days later I felt like my flora was off .... I've had plenty of uti in my lifetime so I thought I had a uti . Went to Gyno on Friday he said doesn't look like he sees and discharge so probably a bladder infection . He tested me for ghonaria and chlamydia and I won't get results for a week . But I woke up today Saturday and I have a fishy odor . I'm terrified I have ghonaria or chlamydia . I hope it's just bacteria vaginosis . He gave me cipro for my bladder infection . Would that help with bv or no . Should I call on Monday and say hey I think I have bv or just wait for results . I'm getting anxiety and makeing myself sick over this . I'm so terrified and if I do have soemthibg I don't wanna have to tell the guy . It'll be weird and uncomfortable . Any advice or words of wisdom .
