Difference between di/di and mono/di?

I keep seeing this different signs and don't know what they are?I heard fraternal twins could only be di/di. But still are confused what that means?

Di/Di means different sacs and two placentas 
Mo/Di means different sacs but babies share one placenta.

Di/Di are always fraternal 
Mo/Di cAn be fraternal or identical depending on how the cords connect into the placenta. My boys are identical mo/Di because there cords both connect in the same spot in the placenta.

Mono Di means they share a placenta, but not an amniotic sac.
Di Di means they don't share either.
Mono Mono is very rare and means they share both. Highest risk twins.
