Am I justified to be pissed off?

Husband just poked a toothpick in our gender reveal cake and saw color. Said he thought color would only be in the very center. I am so upset, our party is tomorrow. Would you be pissed??

This too shall pass. If he didn't tell you what color he saw then he only ruined it for himself. In the grand scheme of things this is pretty small. Guys are stupid, try and forgive him and enjoy your party tomorrow.

Was he trying to test and see if it was done cooking? In that case I wouldn't blame him. Either way, it's not the end of the world. I doubt he did it just to piss you off. Try not to let it ruin your whole day. Especially if it will still be a surprise for you! I'm sorry he found out a little bit before you, but on the bright side you get to find out tomorrow! It'll be great to finally know the gender!

Honestly, think logically here. You got mad at him for poking a cake. As annoying as it would be, getting angry about it is pointless. So he accidentally found out the gender of your baby. It's a 50/50 chance anyway. At least he was regretful instead of trying to tease you or show you the color.
