Lately I have felt nauseous when I go to sleep and when I wake up. The nausea at night prevents me from falling asleep and I never sleep well. And now, when I swallow I have this dull achy feeling in my chest where my heart is. I'm no doctor but I'm assuming it's gastrointestinal? I don't think I have acid reflux because my throat has never burned. Also no abdominal pain.  So I really don't know what this could be. 😔 any suggestions or similar experiences?
