Has anyone noticed hair loss?

I'm 3 month pp and I'm on the verge of crying everytime is see clumps of hair in the shower

Totally normal. Your hair is just reentering its normal growth/shedding patterns which slows a lot when your pregnant so now your shedding all that old dead hair to make way for new growth.

It usually stops by 6 months pp at the latest.

I only wash my hair a couple of times a week so it's hair coming out in the shower and then when I blow dry it x10!!!! It's crazy. But I knew it was going to happen. My friend/hair stylist told me that that's why some moms get the "mom cut" because their hair thins and it looks cuter and is easier/faster to style after baby.

Yes! It's pretty upsetting in the shower and after. I am shocked that it's not noticeable so much is coming out.

🙋🏼😩 yes! I know it's normal, but it doesn't make it any easier to see. My hair got so thick and beautiful during pregnancy and now at 3 months pp it's coming out. I just hope it slows down or at least doesn't get noticeably thinner...my hair is down to my nipples and I'm already wondering if I'll need to cut it.

My hairline is starting to disappear again. I'm so stressed about it. It was horrrrible with my first pregnancy and I dealt with awkward side burns/hairline growing in for months! 😢

I've been losing a lot of hair, but its completely normal at the "12 week dump"

I did with both or my pregnancies.  I have two spots in the front.  However,  I does come back. I just don't remember when.

I haven't at all but instead my hair is so oily I barely want to go out in public!
