Help!!

Hey guys I know you are not doctors lol. But I'm having this problem the last 6 or so months. My vagina is really dry and when I have sex it really hurts and I bleed straight away. My boyfriend and I do lots of foreplay and use lube. I'm only 19 and he is 21. Can someone please tell me what this might be or does anyone else experience this ?? I can't go to my doctors because I just don't have the money :(
