Military family advice
Hi guys, I'm 34 weeks pregnant and feeling stressed and down in need of some advice. My bf is in his basic training and was told after this he would be based at hour away from home, which is fine, he would stay on camp during the week he home most weekends and if needed could come home during the week cause he wasn't far away.
He's now been told they are posting him in another country for the next 4 years and now I don't know what to do. He signed up for training knowing he would be sent away on tour and for months on end but being based so close to home made that barable. Now we are stuck cause as a first time mum I don't want to be that at away from him and only see him every second weekend if we we lucky. But I also don't want him having to leave the army cause of this 😭
It's causing stress at a time where I can't afford to be stressed by have no idea what to do should he leave and try get a job somewhere else or am I over reacting and just deal with being a family who see each other one or two weekends a month?
