Help 😓

Ok so I have an irregular period. I have always only has severe cramps 2 days before and that's all. Nothing else. I had lots of sex during my fertile week. Lots of sex period. I have a lot of back pain and minor cramps that have been there almost a week. I get sick at 3 am every night and wake up fine. I'm more tired than normal. My breasts are tinder. I am a smoker and now get sick at the smell. I'm due in 5 Days if I have one this month. I have never had any of these symptoms. Advice. Please.
