Is anybody a dream expert?

Question

For as long as I can remember, I've had the same reoccuring dream. I'm always swimming underwater, either in a pool or the ocean, and I can't get to the top quick enough. So I take a breath out of desperation. And I can breathe! So I continue swimming underwater & breathing with no problem! It's literally been since I was a child that I've had this same dream. Anybody know what this means?

Interesting to know. I had a dream last night that we found out I was pregnant with a little boy. Even called him by his name. My husband and I have been ttc baby #2 for about 10 months. 🙏👶

Omg I have had that same exact dream my hole life!! I never panic or feel desperate for air... Just somehow, when I'm underwater, I realise that I can still breath... It's sooooo vivid! I can really feel the air in my nose and throat (which doesn't make any sense because I'm under water ^^). I LOVE this dream! Always feels so freeing and liberating :)

Another recurring one I have is that my top front teeth fall out... That one I hate!

Sounds like you're experiencing an overload of emotion. Perhaps emotions you are not facing in your awakened state. If at first you panic, it's because that's how you feel you are responding to the chaos in your life. Did you say you eventually start breathing? That's probably a lucid state and either way can be symbolic of your desire to take control of your fear. Whatever you haven't chosen to face yet, consider you may be ready to face it now.
