Weight loss tips??!

I'm currently nursing my 5 month old so I'm terrified to try to slim down because I heard it drops milk supply. And I already have a supply issue. 
I was 215lbs before I got pregnant. 2 weeks after I had her I was 210lbs. I'm now between 195lbs-200lbs it fluctuates big time. 
Since she's almost 6 months, which is my short term nursing goal. I'm ready to start trying to loose weight...and if I loose my supply or have to supplement then so be it..
Any tips???? I'd love to get to 150 at least! I'm 5'3"
