Hemorrhoids

So I have about 4 massive external hemrrohids that I've been dealing with since I was 33 weeks from the pressure of the baby. I went to a specialist per my OB and they are manageable at the moment. My concern is I am scheduled to be induced Thursday at 8pm and I want to see if any of the moms on here are going through this or have had them bad before giving birth. I'm nervous I'm going to tear them off pushing her out... has this happend or anyone have some hope for me from this?! I know i will get them to go away once she is out and the pressure is gone. I already bathe every day and use witch hazel. Also I keep the area very clean and I was on foams and medicine to get them to be manageable. Just curious if any moms have also dealt with this. Thanks.
