Kariva or Viorele Advice?

Has anyone ever been on Kariva (generic is Viorele) for birth control? I take birth control primarily for acne during periods. The very first pill I took was Beyaz, which I LOVED and had absolutely no negative side effects from, but I was switched off that because of the blood clot scares with all things Yaz. Since then I've been hopping around from pill to pill but I can't get any results like I did from Beyaz.  My gyn and pharmacist both said that Kariva/Viorele are very similar to Beyaz. Anyone have any experience to help a girl out? Thank you :)
