Miscarriage

I found out I was pregnant April 20th and this week I found out that about a month in I had lost the baby but still had the symptoms. So for 3 months I had been feeling and living like a pregnant woman. My husband doesn't understand how I'm grieving and how I get so angry ,he just tells me he's sick of it and i don't know how to approach him anymore. He just seems to have let it go and got over it.
