Cramping kinda strong 17 weeks

Having some strong cramps in my stomach and down. Didn't really eat today and when I did eat felt nauseous Trying to keep calm about it. I had a tiny bit of bleeding 2 nights ago only once when I went to the bathroom and after that it was gone with no cramps. Now I have cramps but no blood and it's kinda my entire abdomen from my breast down. I don't know when I should go to the dr. Or if I should try to sleep and see if it actually goes away. This is going on 3 hours now... I don't know what to do. Help!!
