Feeling uncomfortable , help

Okay so i jst noticed some weird brown blood , and im on my 4th white pill , yesterday i was just really scared i might get pregnant due to the fact that i had unprotected sex.. But now im just worried over this bleeding and severe cramping, is it my period? Or should i still be worried over pregnancy?
