Help please

Hi my wife and I are trying to have a baby once more but I had a vasectomy like 3 yrs ago and I'm willing try anything that is possible to get her pregnant so if you have any ideas I'm willing to take that risk and answer I'll do anything to make it happen for us so please hit me up I appreciate it and looking forward for your help
