Need some advice ladies!
I'm 29 weeks pregnant today! I am so blessed and am anticipating the arrival of my son in 11 short weeks. Now, I am experiencing severe hip pain, mostly during sleep and throughout the morning, normally subsides sometime in the afternoon. I need some advice as to if I should look into a prenatel massage or if I would benefit more from prenatal yoga. I'm not in the best shape, have only walked throughout my pregnancy but now I'm being told bt my MW to rest as much as possible. What are your thoughts, thanks!
