Sexual assault??

This horrible person i work with has been following me around and into residents rooms ( i work in aged care) and he won't leave me alone. He keeps asking me to spend one night with him. Whenever I sit and feed residents in the dining room he'll come up and press his dick in the back of my head and make inappropriate comments such as " I'm going to press myself against you". When I feed residents in their rooms he'll barge in and start trying to stick his hands down my pants, all in front of residents. He's also tried pulling his dick out and grabbing my hand trying to get me to touch his dick. He's rammed his crotch in my face while I've been feeding a resident then walks off. He constantly tries to get me to sit on his lap in front of residents who have poor eue sight and gets annoyed when i refuse.

He constantly tries to do residents with me even when he's not in my area. He follows me into rooms.

He's tried pushing his fingers inside of me while I'm feeding residents or talking to the residents and he corners me in residents rooms trying to kiss me. He tries feeling my boobs and tries putting his hands underneath my shirt and bra constantly.

Is this sexual assault or sexual abuse??

I've asked him to stop and leave me alone and telling him no but he won't listen.
