Having Trouble Peeing!!

So over the last 24 hours, I've had a really hard time peeing more than like an ounce! Saturday I went to a 21st birthday party and I guess you'd say I was binge drinking but I still drank a lot of water too. Then Sunday I had a slight hangover and threw up a few times but was able to recover by 5pm. And then all today I can't freaking pee! I did have sex while drunk and there was some anal but it was completely mess free. So I'm kinda worried. I've drank about 50-60oz of water to flush it out and had a bunch of watermelon. Is it because of the drinking? Does this happen to anyone else when they drink a lot?
