Too much?

Question

I feel I bleed too much on my period. I live in the bathroom. I go through an entire roll of TP in a single day. I went through 8 pads and 1 tampon yesterday. It takes 10 minutes to stop the bleed once I'm on the toilet and half the time I have to shower afterwards. I feel I bleed too much. Anyone else bleed like this? I'm in my mid 20s I know what a period is, but, it seems to just be getting heavier and heavier.  I'm not overweight.

Your period changed every couple of years. It does sound like you are super heavy. I would honestly talk to your obgyn and possibly get out on birth control it should make the bleeding less severe!!! I have an EXTREMELY light period so when I took birth control I had no period at all. My friend used BC to control her massive flow. Just an idea best of luck 😊 maybe try super tampons by the way! I find comfort in tampons I'd rather change that out a lot then wear pads.

I have the same problem! this month and last month were horribly heavy and they were never like that before

I had periods that were the same as you describe. I was out on the pill almost a year ago, and my periods gradually got lighter and lighter and now it barely comes. I'm talking, I barely need a panty liner the flow is so light.
