I watched a YouTube video the other day where this girl had been ttc for awhile and she finally got pregnant, she used a menstral cup to hold the cum in her vagina.. What do you think of this? Do you think it would work??

I have heard of people using menstrual cups to aid in conception. I can't comment on how effective it is, but I guess it doesn't hurt to try if you're TTC. Good luck!

Not good. Semen is the fluid that sperm travel in and it’s fine for that to come out - holding that up there is cause for infection and throw your vaginas pH balance off, no Thankyou. Sperm swim to where they need to go without the help of a cup or keeping seminal fluid inside.
