Tummies after c section
Hi ladies,
I just want to know that I'm not the only one who has a c section belly pouch hanging on top of my incision. I had my c section 6/23 (4weeks ago) and yes my stomach went down but I still look like 5 months pregnant. 😭😭😭 idk how some of you bounce right back. Any tips? I can't work out. I do walk around at home and don't eat bad. I did gain 45lbs during my pregnancy maybe that's why :/
