Hemorrhoid

Is it automatic, if you're pregnant you get hemorrhoid? I wasn't even trying to go to the bathroom, I just woke up with a sore butt and I'm sure its hemorrhoids I remember going through it with my first. But geez I thought I would be ok I haven't even been constipated or anything it's like they just appeared. Really annoying. 😥
