When did you start on birth control? Or when did you start your kid/teen on birth control or did you?

Started at 22, a month before getting married, and started being sexually active after marriage

Started at 12 because I had 2 periods in one month and there was only a few days I wouldn't get a period. It sucked really bad. The dr put me on it and it helped a lot. But my parents talked to me about it and I wasn't sexually active until I was older. I think as long as you talk to your kids everything will be ok. Besides I wasn't even thinking about that at that age. But If I did have a choice I would've waited until I was older than that.

Started at 15 because my periods were crazy, after having a heavy flow for 27 days my mom finally decided to take me to the doctor. I wasn't having sex at the time either, it was strictly to help regulate my cycles
