Nexplanon

I know it's probably just in my head but I want to get other people's opinions. I've had the nexplanon in my arm for a year now and since January I've had my period all the time like twice a month. Well two weeks after my last period ended my roommate got her period and at the same time I was having cramps so I thought mine was just coming again seeing as how that has been kind of normal for me lately. I also had some mood swings but that was normal with getting my period also. But about three weeks have passed. Now my period is a few days late and I feel bloated, still have cramps (small ones) here and there and lately the passed few days I've been feeling sick out of nowhere and then it goes away. I don't think I'm pregnant because of the nexplanon but before I got it put in I was pregnant and I felt sick all the time very early. Could I be pregnant though?
