Does OPKs really work?

I'm currently about to close my first month of TTC baby #2.. I don't think it happened this cycle therefore I'm going to start planning for next month... Do opk test really work?? I want to purchase the clear blue once I confirm no pregnancy this month but I'm juR curious if anyone could tell me if they really work and which one y'all recommend?

Yes! I bought the Easy@Home ones in Amazon. It was a package of 50 opk's and 20 hpt's for $21. They work just as great as the expensive ones. Since they are so cheap, I feel better starting to test for ovulation early because I'm not wasting money.

I use these. This was my result this morning.  And according to glow its my peak day today.  So spot on. These are clearblue.  And it just show a blank circle for low. And this smiley face for peak.

They really helped me out a lot. And I used the first response ones. Didn't have good luck with the clear blue or digital ones. Best of luck to you
