Should I do it?

Me and my ex broke up 2 years ago. I was an idiot and cheated on him. We were together 8 years, I didnt get anymore attention and instead talking to him, I cheated on him.. I broke up with him, cause I felt that its not good for me or him to stay together. He was the best boyfriend I ever had.. Im regretting all I did, every day.

I wanted to send him email. To apologize. Nothing else. No questions, nothing. I just want him to know that Im aware of all I did and apologize for everything. I never did that. Everytime he emailed me, he was so mad and very hurt.

I cannot stop thinking about it, Im so sorry for all. Should I write him an email or?

I dont know how to make closure and cope with all the pain I caused to him..
