Has anyone gotten their bfp but had not symptoms?

I seriously pretty much just asked this same question because I took a first response this morning and got a faint line but don't hardly have any symptoms not like I did with my other pregnancies I have sore boobs, acne and today I got the worst headache I haven't had a bad headaches in a while

I had zero symptoms til 7 weeks. BFP at 4.

I tested at 10 or so dpo and got a BFP with the only symptom being sore breasts, which is normal for me anyway at that point in my cycle.

Has anyone?
