Someone help me please !

I've been on the birth control for years now and I always take it on time and my periods are pretty normal. But for the past two days I've had cramping and brown red blood coming out so much a tampon is needed! I've also been so emotional. (I'm sexual active and i know the birth control doesn't work 100% but he still came in me) is there any way this is implantion bleeding? Does anyone know what that is? I've been freaking out I'm only16  but my boyfriend has made it clear he would be here for me no matter what. I just need someone to talk to ):
