Please help I'm in desperate need

I've had unprotected sex with my bf many times but now my period is 15 days late. I've had naseoua and I've only actually thrown up once. I've had a couple other small symptoms like cramps and boobs hurting. I haven't taken a test yet but now that I've thrown up I feel like I am. I am 15 and need advice and I can not tell my parents only as a last resort. Should I go to the doctor and see? I need advice asap!!!!!! Please help!!!!!!
